Michael D. Morrical
is the Central Regional Managing Partner with Carnegie Partners
and the leader of our manufacturing industry search
practice. He has more than thirty years of
management and executive recruiting experience.
Mr.
Morrical’s executive search experience includes a wide variety of positions in his
capacity as District Manager, Personnel/Training Director, On-site
Recruitment Manager and Regional Marketing Manager for various Fortune 500
companies. Mike has extensive experience as a manager and
recruiter in the retail and temporary staffing industries. Over
the last decade Mike has
developed executive search expertise in the recycling, paper, lighting,
electronic components, manufacturing, and steel distribution industries.
Mr. Morrical has successfully recruited candidates for challenging metals
industry searches throughout the Unites States, Canada and China.
Mr. Morrical has completed searches ranging from field level sales representative to President
in organizations ranging in size from small privately held companies to
large publicly traded conglomerates. Mike is one of the most successful and
well-respected recruiters in his field.
Mr. Morrical's academic background
includes a BS in Accounting and Business Administration from Marycrest
College, and a BA in Psychology from Ohio State University.
Mr. Morrical is
the owner of Antrim Dells Golf Course in western
Michigan.
