Michael D. Morrical
is the Midwest Regional Managing Partner with Carnegie Partners
and the leader of our
Manufacturing and Water Treatment industry search
projects. He has more than thirty years of
management and executive recruiting experience in addition to experience
identifying merger and acquisition partners for
private equity firms. The most rapidly growing
segments of his practice are green technology
industries.
Mr.
Morrical’s executive search experience includes a wide variety of positions in his
capacity as District Manager, Personnel/Training Director, On-site
Recruitment Manager and Regional Marketing Manager for various Fortune 500
companies. Over
the last decade Mike has
developed executive search expertise in the water treatment and recycling
industries in addition to successfully completing searches in the paper, lighting,
electronic components, manufacturing, and steel distribution industries.
Mike's search projects have ranged from field level sales representative to President
in organizations ranging from small privately held companies to
large publicly traded conglomerates.
Mr. Morrical's academic background
includes a BS in Accounting and Business Administration from Marycrest
College, and a BA in Psychology from the Ohio State University.
